Computer Engineer

Before I enrolled myself way back eight (8) years ago in a well-known university here in our place, I only have two choices, whether to take up Computer Engineering (CoE) or Information Technology (IT). My first priority was actually IT but unfortunately, I found out that the university only offers Computer Engineering. Well, the only university who offers IT here in our region was the Siliman University. And I must say that it’s way too far from my place. Damn. Anyway, to make the long story short, I took up Computer Engineering, a five-year course. LOL.

..and after five (5) years of hard work and determination, I finally received my diploma. I can say that it’s a very nice feeling going up on stage, receiving that single piece of paper. Haha. Hmmm, it was three years ago when I graduated and it’s really sad that I was not able to work as a computer engineer. I mean, I never landed a job of being a computer engineer. LOL. It’s really hard finding CoE jobs here in the country. I swear! Sigh. I just have taken IT on the first place. There are IT jobs everywhere. Really! Oh well, I am still thankful that I have graduated CoE and I am one proud mommy computer engineer. LOL.
