Family Event

Being awakened with loud noise of hammering, drilling, poking, and the whole what’s not of carpenter work is just awful. I thought that was already bad and nothing can be more worst than that up until my dad asked for my help. I was very surprised of course as my dad never really asked for my help when it comes to doing house repair work or renovating stuff like that. In my opinion that is most definitely a man’s work and that women should not be involved on that. Not even my mother would want to mess with those tools. But then my dad managed to convince us all that it would be nice for a change to have the whole family working on our garage together. My dad also added that we can treat this day as a family event that brought us all together. Currently he is expanding our garage and is just trying to save money from hiring people to work with him that is why he has us helping him out. The end of the day finally came and now I am here ranting while my dad seems to find a way to continue doing his work for his garage in front of the computer checking out band saw blades to help him with his plans.
